Over the past week I have had to add coolant to my tank (half gallon). After truck has set for 6 hours the radiator hose is hard. When I unscrew cap the pressure releases and everything is normal. I have no coolant on the ground but it looks like coolant is all over the bleed screw and primer for the fuel filter. Is this the head gasket or maybe the cap for the tank?

sounds like the head gasket to me. is the rad hose still hard the morning after driving it?
