I am looking for a 4" cat back for my LLY. Problem is I don't want to put a chrome 5" tip on it - I just want the raw 4" stainless to exit at around the stodk location. Will MBRP or any of the other makers do a custom order on something like this?

You can run the MBRP without the tip no problem. Just make sure you get the 304 system or you will not be happy with the rust.

The MBRP 409 that I have sticks out far enough that you don't need a tip. If you buy a 304 system double check to make sure they don't cut it off short because it is sold with a double walled tip. IIRC the tip is an option on the 409 system.

The MBRP systems will exit very close to the stock location. You can leave it the way it is, or use a tip.
