A group of us from our diesel club went down to Pismo for the day on sunday. :wings: My buddy try to climb this small dune in 2wd, but it was short and steep and he realized he couldn't make it  , so he tried to turn around on it (dumb mistake!.!.! :banghead: ). However when he turned to the driver side and it started to slide, instinict kicked in and he hit the break. It stopped and proceded to roll over unitl it came to a rest on the passenger side :suprise: . Fortunately no one was hurt :wings: . My niece was riding passenger, so she got to experience her first roll over. :drinks:

Yea we let it sit there for like 30 mins so all the oils could settle and we could check the fluids. Than it fired right up and we continued to play... heck even after it rolledand it was sitting on its side it was still running. I had to tell them to turn it off. Lol

Just run her down to Nogales quick and sell it at the Vato Auction that thing would be gone in minutes once the world cartel money homeboyz hear about it that baby would be in new owners hut fast. They love that type truck down under the border. Probably get some letter painted on the sides with some headache racks and handles and run it hell they'll use it up.

Actually turned out in his favorite. They gave him close to 11k, so now hes getting the full flare fiber glass flip front end, rear flare fiber bed, custom bumpers, pretty much prerunner.. one of our clubs members has a cutom body shop. Also if he has enough hes getting sunroof installed. Almost made me want to roll my truck lol

Cool recovery video. I once rolled a Nissan Hardbody and broke my brother's nose. I had owned the truck for 1 week.........ouch..that was an expensive lesson. Glad everyone is ok. Your niece will have an interesting story to tell her friends.

I saw that vid a while back, interesting to hear how it happened now. I've been going to Pismo (and other dunes) for 15+ years and have seen a ton of rolled trucks. I guess you guys learned the hard way but at least nobody got hurt, and it worked out for him in the end. Straight up/down dunes with trucks ALWAYS. Leave the side-hill stuff to quads and rails. ;) Also, at Pismo it's actually really easy to read the dunes since the wind comes off the water. Going away from the water you're going to have your steep drops for the most part.

Lol probably my buddy who rolled over lol

It's on the fErd, but the way the trucks are sitting in the pic I can see why he thought it was on your truck. I agree, this is America (well, that's America... I'm sitting in Afghanistan) fly the Stars and Bars!

BTW, I think my rail has the same flag as your truck (Pirate flag with "Surrender the Booty" on it). It's kinda goofy, but it was on my rail when I got it and chicks think it's funny so I've kept it.

You can kind of see the flag in these pics:
