i have a 2000 F-250 crew cab and want to install a 500 watt inverter in the cab. i guess i could install it anywhere, but i dont want to run cords all over the place. if anyone has any ideas, i would appreicate it.

well, what I did was run an 8 gauge wires from my batteries to the inverter which I mounted on the side of my sub box under the rear seat, and then grounded it to the nut that holds the back seat down. I ran the wire under my step sill and through the fire-wall, you can't even see the wires anywhere and it's permanently mounted!! I love it!!
