Above is correct, and just so you know.......reg cabs and crew cabs are made at the Flint, MI plant, and ext cabs are made in Fort Wayne, IN. That's for Duramax's.

Now I see why my truck was built in Fort Wayne. I have the extended cab. Someone at the plant I worked at told me that Fort Wayne added the 3500 dually just recently.

Beginning in the 2012 model year, the regular cab HD production will move to Fort Wayne, from Flint. This move is aligned with Flint's starting to build LD crew cab pickups.
