Just took delivery of my new truck. While going through the process the dealer told me that diesel orders were being restricted due to the factory being overworked and under staffed. Anybody else heard that?

Yep they're hiring more staff all through January.

The Flint assembly plant is adding a 3rd shift later this year.

Adding an extra shift may have helped on my order - Ordered on 3/19 and 04/05 Vehicle available to ship. Dealer used allocation to place order.
