i have a newer 1 year old e-58h on my truck and was working perfect till today it just out of no where stopped working i did nothing to it but it wont go up or any direction. the motor runs makes noise and tries but dosent do anything.i got plenty of fluid in it and down works. i just pulled the filters out and cleaned them. they were clean to start with nothing on them. where do i go from here?

Not familiar with the e 58 but I would start with making sure the solenoids/valves are getting magnetized and are getting power. Also make sure the motor is getting a solid amount of voltage check contacts ground etc. Also have seen ice and freeze up issues with Meyers.Had a unresponsive Meyers plow one time. The pressure relief valve blew up when my Dad nailed a guard rail.

could be freezing it was 17 degrees everything i think was working i was wondering if there is a gear that mabye broke. the down worked too im gonna look at it more on monday time for a western or a boss i think

Love my Boss plow!:D I had a Meyer before and all I ever did was work on it. It was probally 20 yrs. old though.

Sounds like the pump is froze to me.
