My Banks IQ started to go crazy today. It kept flashing a red engine sign with Banks in the middle of it. I check the truck for codes and had nothing so I checked the tuner for codes and I have a Code 41 injection control signal fault or internal module malfunction. What does this mean and what do I do?

Did you buy it from Banks directly? If so call them up. They are really good about replacing faulty stuff.

That means there's a problem with the tuner itself. Have you checked the connections yet?

So the 6 gun under the hood is junk? I checked all the connections and they look fine. I shut the truck off and let the banks reset. Seems to be fine now but I dont trust it! Anything I can do?

It does a diagnostic on every key cycle. It's listed under the diagnostic tab check there.

Yea I know it does a daignostic check every key cycle. Thats where I found the Code 41. Why did it do it is what I want to know?

Hard to tell from this end. If it's not coming up constantly it may be nothing to worry about. If you like we can run a diagnostic on it for you but you have to send it to us for that.
