Has anyone experienced this ( When you turn the key to the start position the engine starts to turn over then it cuts out like there is no power left in the battery. let the key go back to run position then turn to start and it starts fine.)
Happened once with the LLY and I noticed it twice with the LB7. Very rarely I have no clue what it could be. Not a big problem just strange.

It happened to me twice in the first 1000 miles, Hasn't happened in the 4000 miles since.

Check your battery terminals.

this may be completely unrelated, but I had a 96 350 that did that for like a month, couldn't figure it out, and it would completely shut off going down the road. Finally realized the negative terminal was loose, and when you go to start it, the amount of current trying to jump across a loose terminal actually disconnects the terminal and you lose all power.

Just something to try.
