I just traded out of my 06 for an 08 and saved the PPE economy programmer. Is there any advantage to downloading the "stock" level program? The truck is bone stock and runs well and gets better mileage than the 06. I don't plan on changing tire sizes, so there is no need for that...the DPF delete will come later and I am aware of the programming needs for that. Thanks

I see no advantage to doing that. I do not think one can write it back to a different blank ECM.
