would it be a big job to swap a 6.5 for a duramax in a chev saburbon we love the car and would like a second choice for a motor i would like to put a cummins in but its to long and be a bit of a shoe horn fit.

I can assure you it is possible to do, but it is NOT easy to do. The CUMMINS is actually an easier fit I believe than the DMAX is.
