Hey guys:
Does installing propane set up void the factory warranty? thanks

Of course if you blew your motor they would not cover it if you had a propane system. If you had a defective door latch, that should be covered. I would remove the propane system before taking it to the dealer under any circumstances.

But don't you have to make a hole in the intake? How would you explain that to dealer?

A lot of people remove their filter minder and use that hole. Just replace the filter minder and no one is the wiser.

remove before taking in if something is seriously wrong, gm will use it for their advantage if they can

The dealer/GM will frown upon anything that adds horsepower and torque, such as a module, tuner, NOS, etc. Go with the most stealth and least intrusive products you can find and without a doubt REMOVE all traces of power enhancments before a trip to the dealer, even a routine one.

I am getting ready to install a Powershot 2000. I am not too worried about going to the stealer since I RARELY go there! They know I have a new tranny, PPE xcellerator and the Edge. They sold me the PPE!
