Building my 5th regular cab short bed ford F250 Diesel truck. I just recently sold my 2008 model with 6.4 turbo it was cool but not really waht I wanted for myself so I bought me a gasser 2006 reg cab long bed in November last year it is a 2wd but fully loaded interior had 150k on the clock.

Before Christmas we cut 16.5 inches out of the frame and installed a 2010 Ford Short bed box.

We yanked the 5.4 gasser and what I had in my shop for this built is a 2001 24V 5.9 cummins with matched 4-speed auto with less than 100k on the clock...

We plan to do a DJM I-beam drop in the front and most likely a flip kit and c-notch in the rear and run 22 inch wheels and tires....

I can have this thing completely built for under 10K

How far along are you?

Due to all the snow and bad weather I have not made much progress......

My shop is completely full and can almost say it will be spring time before I can really make any meaningful progress!

man that must ride rough being a superduty and that short of a wheelbase. Very cool though.

Actually rides pretty smooth.........with the flip kit in the back and the frame being c-nothched I run Firestone air bags and air shocks....makes the ride super smooth!
