Can an Hp tuner or any other tuner change the TPS parameters? For example my TPS system needs to stay above 60 psi in the rear or it will give me a warning light telling me that my tires are low. Please let me know if you have had experience with this. I want to lower my tire pressures when I don’t have a load to help ride quality.

no. you need a tech 2, that is the only tool that can do body/chassis stuff.
hp tuners/efilive can do engine stuff and trans stuff and thats it.

Have the dealer set the air pressure variable. It will effect all wheels not just rear only. Otherwise the GM tech II is like $2000 to start off and then subscribtion for updates and other varies modules that may be needed. Tech II is the only thing to access other modules like the ABS, BCM, and others on the GM vehicles. EFILive and HP Tuners only handle PCM, ECM, TCM modules. But each have their limits.

They can set the front/back separately.
