Greetings to all,
New to the forum tonight. I found a thread on here about some combo xm/on star antennas and had a few questions.
I am a storm chaser from indiana and have mobile weather radar delivered over the xm weather net. It is the same birds as the music comes down on. I am looking for a nice permanent mount antenna like what you all have discussed in some other threads.
I need to know if anyone here knows if the combo antenna has a gps receiver/engine built in that spits out a NEMA 0183 format or is it just an antenna? I have another application that needs this for my weather software.
I also need to know what year of trucks had he separate xm antennas in case the combo won't work.
If the combo unit will work, I would much rather use it. Any help would be appreciated, my name is Jason
Thanks
