Has anybody used one for a 5th wheel?

If so what are your thoughts.

I was looking at them on the Internet they looked ok, I drive a 03 DMAX SB 2500 and was going to pull a 38' Raptor toy hauler.

What about doing a DIY install ?

You didn't mean Hijacker by chance, did you?

(OT: A 38' Raptor is going to be a lot of trailer for a 03 2500! Those are nearly 12,000 Lbs before you put a thing in them, closer to 17,000# GVWR if I remember correctly.)

Yep, you are right hijacker.

Yes it is big, I did pull it with 3500 gasser, I will just have to be very carefull on loading, I may end up down sizeing.

I have a Hijacker underbed mount hitch and pull a 22,000 lb. trailer and it works very well and did my own install in about 5 hours going at the install slowly.
