Performance Accessories has a division call "OR-Fab" (Off-Road Fabrication) that makes Truck and Jeep accessories. One of the accessories we will be launching next year is a skid plate for the DEF tank. I'm looking for a couple of volunteers to test our prototype.

Some details of the skid plate are: 3/16" plate, laser cut and welded to cover the bottom of the tank and extends up about 5". The skid will come powdercoated in either flat black or gloss black. Mounts to the cab mounts for it's VERY easy to install with 3/16" plate mounting brackets. The ORF skid plates will be available to the public March 2011. We will have the prototypes out to the testers by mid to late January 2011.
In exchange for providing the testers a prototype all we ask is you provide feedback (good & bad), as well as some images of the ORF skid plate on your vehicle. If you take quality photos we may also ask to use them in some of our advertisements or printed materials. You of course will be able to keep the skid plate.
