do bigger tires affect the fuel gauge at all or does the fuel gauge stay correct?

Bigger tires will most likely affect MPG, but the volume in the tank will still be the same. tmg115 08-09-2005, 02:10 PM the reason i was wondering was because there are so many computers in our truck i just dont know if the fuel gauge would be affected by the tires like so many other things.
