: PARROT Compatibality with bose? Charley 08-09-2005, 02:17 AM I am considering installing the parrot 3100 blue tooth unit into my 2500HD .... I thought it would auto mute the stereo whenever my phone rang, but my local stereo shop says if you have the Bose system the mute feature doesnt work... the wanna seel me a seperate 3.5" coaxial speaker to be powered by the blue tooth amp and say to give up on the auto mute, I was really hoping to make this work...are these guys full of crap?? DURAtotheMAX 08-09-2005, 09:58 AM There IS an amp mute wire. It is pin B6 on the radio 24-pin harness plug. It is a gray/black wire.
