Finally got my custom tune and dyno done. I have been having the Paxton supercharger on it for a while. I recently added the edelbrock tes headers and dynomax exhaust. It needed to be tuned to adjust for everything. I know it does not compare to a diesel but I am happy with it for now. Maybe on day I will get it to the track.

392 rwhp 447 rwtq @ 7.18lbs boost

I did not know there was a paxton supercharger for the 8.1's. That is a lot of power through an Allison. I know the Diesels make like double the torque, but that is friggin' awesome in my book!

.................I've wondered for a while what can be done too a stock engine too enhance pulling torque for a heavy 5'ver too offset the loss of Tq\Hp when traveling thru the rockies above say 5,000 ft MSl .
.................Can you elaborate further on any engine mods you've done too add strength so you can enjoy the enhanced performance of the 8.1 or did you just add boost too a stock engine ? thanks , ckfan

The engine is totally stock. I have not had to get into the engine to date. I have not have any issues with anything yet. The supercharger was installed in 2005 and have not haved any issues. After headers it needed to be tuned, running real lean. Hoping to get a little better MPG. Hoping for around 10, lol. Dont do a lot of hauling and down here in south louisiana the only hills we have are the overpasses on the interstates. I also seem to have a heavy foot so it has not been babied.

How is it right off idle? I notice the dyno graph starts at 3500. About when are you at full boost? Is this off of 91 octane?

Thanx
