Anybody lowered a 01 2500HD 2wd ext cab sb. Just wondered who has the best stuff out there.
I've had it since it was new and been thinking about lowering a little to have it look like it's a 2wd.

70,000mi only thing was a fuel rail leak and replace the torque converter for a bad weld.

DJM Calmax kits are nice. I believe they have either a 3"-5" drop or a 6"-8" drop for your truck. Consists of lowered lower control arms, etc. Nice stuff, I've installed it before.

Let me know if you are interested, I'll see what kind of pricing I can get you.

I have a buddy who installed and AirRide kit on his 2500hd 2wd. He can frame lay the truck and tuck the tires under the rear fenders. Here's a pic from the SEMA show. http://www.tridentboats.com/news/18/SEMA_2004/Lowered_Truck_2500_HD_SEMA_2004.jpg

Rather not go with air ride as I do a lot of towing around 10-12,000lbs.
There has to be more than 2 responses to this one!!!!

I use the DJM components as well and tow heavily. I would definately reccomend them.
