Any turboback exhaust is nice. 4" is great. 5" is louder. Stacks are the kooler.
Not sure what mean by fuel system. You mean lift pump. Then lift pump alone or lift pump with filter is probably considered better. Extra filtration of fuel.
Intake many say put on an LBZ mouthpiece
Any downpipe is fine too.

Many here say not to use the oiled K&N air filters. If over oiled they can screw up or kill your MAF sensor. Also since the Duramax pulls so much air that cleaning and reusing over and over and the air pulled through can thin the material out and feather out inside. Then not filter as well as a new filter.

Suggest checking with some of the vendors here in the vendor section. Meyer Performance has been good to work with.

Do these first:
PCV reroute
EGR block
Resonator cap/plug
cat delete
LBZ mouthpiece
TxC CAI
EGT and Boost gauges
I'm sure there's more...
Don't waste your time money on anything less than EFI Live...
Then get an exhaust. Nasty = MBRP 5" w/o muffler, mild = any 4" with muffler.
I have no experience with lift pumps, so I can't comment.

Hope this helps!
