I have an 07 Classic LBZ. I only have 40k on my truck. Should this fix still be under warrenty? I want to get it done for free if I can then I can buy the kit to fix it forever.

IF the pump has already rubbed a hole in the rear case half, then yes. That's covered under the 100,000 powertrain warranty.

I don't know. It depends on the dealer. In reality, they shouldn't deny you as it is a known, common problem.
