It seems to be the case (today at least) that the Ford Family Plan pricing now includes a few select 2006 models. The 2006 models are Expedition, Escape, F250 SuperDuty, and E-series vans.

I have not seen anyone else mention this, nor have I talked to a dealer.
From ford.com, just click through the "family plan" links for the drop-down list of models in the promotion. Obviously, almost all 2005 models, including the 2005 version of those above, are also listed.

On the ford site, a 2006 F250 Lariat for $48975.00 is now listed with a window sticker $41122.00. I really hope GM will follow with employee prices for 2006 2500HD trucks...

'05 Ford '06 Ford it is still a Ford no matter how you look at it. I don't think the superduty changed much from '05 to '06. The 6.0 Powerstroke is probably still puking coolant and the torque shift probably hasn't fixed it's problems yet either. On another note I think they did fix the faulty cruise control switch problem, so your truck won't go up in flames when your driving down the road!
