im looking at getting some hids for the express what size bulb size do i need for high and lows? thanks

Cargo or 4 light composite ? The composite 9006 low 9005 high I'm not sure about the cargo being a sealed beam .

I've got hids in the cargo van front

You need something like the hella replacement lights that take a h4 bulb. Then you can add hids

Here's the install
Pass side is HID 6000k
Driver side is Hella H4 80 watt halogen low beam
