Looking at buying a 2011 3500 LTZ crew cab 4x4, short box, 18" wheels, missing nav/ touch screen. I believe it has most everything else, dealer started at $55,000. I talked with the salesman over the phone, he said that price does not include dealer discounts. Just wondering what people are paying for this truck or similar trucks? Also is Howard still around here? Does he still help out?

Mine is a 8' box CC DRW high end LT, similar to a LTZ, but with cloth bucket seats (cause I live in the desert heat) and no Nav or DVD, but pretty much everything else.
At Cormier Chevrolet, Long Beach, CA
The Pre tax price after all incentives, was $48,121.00, and 4.9% APR

We bought our 2011 LML 3500 DRW C/C LTZ loaded with every option but sunroof and cooled seats. We bought it at the All American Quarter Horse Congress that is held every October at the State Fair grounds in Columbus,OH. It's a big deal there if you ever get a chance to go. Anyway it used to be sponsored by GM until thier recent $ problems. Now it's sponsored by a Dealer named Coughlin Automotive. They brought in 155 diesels. GMC,Chevy and Dodge. They had every color and combination and interior color and option package that you could want right there on the complex. There were probably ten other truck dealers besides them and Western Hauler was also there. We got the nav unit/leather heated seats and remote start and much more and the dealer installed a B&W gooseneck hitch and Linex bed liner package and full length stainless step tubes that ahve the steps for the bed built in also.
We also got a wrap around warranty that extends our 5 yr 100,000 mile powertrain warranty to a full bumper to bumper for the whole period. And the gap insurance rolled into the price also
I think we paid about $55,000 for everything. @ 4.7% financing. The truck listed at $58,800 not including all of the added dealer installed options. Then we got $34,450 for our trade in an 07 classic LBZ with 19,200 miles on it. It was loaded also. We bought our first D/Max there in 2002.:D
Shop around.

I have used the internet for my last 2 truck buys. Most of the time the internet price starts lower than any other. Plus you can haggle without the BS that goes on at the dealer. Just a thought for ya!
