I have an '04 2500HD CC 4X4. It has 32000 miles and I went by the dealers to investigate purchasing an extended warranty. He was asking 2998 for 3 years/66,000 miles no deductable. I happened to mention that the engine was suppose to be covered for 5y/100,00 miles and his reply was that was only internally lubricated parts. In other words fuel system, injectors are not covered! When I went to look at the warranty manual there was not one in my truck, they are in the process of ordering one for me. Looked on the web trying to find a copy of the GM warranty on the Duramax but no luck. Anyone know how to look it up?

I think you should call allen black for the warranty, I assumed you have a 4x and a one ton. If so your quote is ~ $500 more than the price on gmout.com. As for the injectors I believe there is a 5/100K warranty plus the $100 deductible. T

You need to go to www.mygmlink.com and register with you VIN number, then you should get the true warranty start date/mileage and the text of the warranty will be available.

Its not just the internal parts. Sensors, injectors, even the flywheel is covered in the 5/100
