Hey,
I have a new squeak, it sounds as if its in the drive shaft area????? It only squeaks while going backwards. It doesn't squeak in drive, any ideas?

Universal joint(s) definitely dry, may be able to grease

......or you may have to replace it. Its probably the rear on the rear drive line.

Speedster is right. U-joints but if they are stock they are not serviceable, no zerks. When you have them replaced make sure they install serviceable u-joints with grease zerks.

:exactly: And if they are stock you will probably need a torch to melt the teflon like crap that they use at the factory in order to get the old ones out.

Think about doing them all when the drive shaft is out. Save you some work later.
