That is the $64 question that we are waiting to hear/find out. Looks like they have the right idea, just need to get a set and see if they really work.

I have a set of the '06 mirrors on order for my '02 and they are guarranteed to fit. I saw them on a new '06 K2500HD with the Dmax/6 speed Ally and had to have them. The trouble is they are the full blown deal, I mean they only come in the powered version with heat, signal etc: not sure if they power extend or not. My challenge will be to fit them to my truck since my present mirrors are manual only and not powered in any way. I have the repair manuals for my truck and after studying the mirror section and doing an exhausting inspection on my truck I have all the applicable fuses and some of the proper wiring harnesses. These new mirrors are $330.00 Canadian $273.00 USD a piece. We'll see how it goes...............................SWH...

I have the TTTs and can personally say that they are sick, they have amazing visibility. I have the 500 dollar ones, they are the real deal. They were an easy install and i havent had a single problem with them. The spotter mirrors are great for backing up and watching blind spots. I have a 30' enclosed trailer that is considerabely wider than my truck and i can see around it with the mirrors extended. Plus they look great on my truck and look like they were meant to be there. I get complements on them all the time.

shuffman,
They are manual extending only. Got a part#??? Local dealer doesn't have the parts updates for the '06's yet.

I just seen these mirrors today. Just one thing that bothers me about them is that they appear to be not in a true vertical position. They appear to be angle inward. Otherwise, the functional part of the new camper mirror is a significant improvement over the old style mirror. Kinda wish the directional indicators were move to the exterior shell.
