Now when i set a 1093. I am also getting p0672, p0674,p0676, p0678 . So far only when i set a 1093. I know they are glow plug codes and truck starts fine. Any ideas?

I don't think these codes are linked. I think that you may have 4 bad glow plugs. Check the resistence of the plugs and you may find that 4 of them are open, and 4 of them have a normal resistance of about .4 ohm. If you need to take it in for service, make sure that the technian knows that a bad glow plug may be deformed and difficult to remove. If a piece of the tip breaks off, it must be removed before installing the new plug and starting the engine. You don't want a loose piece of glow plug banging around inside your engine.

If you are running (or have ran) a harness box, it would be the first place to start. I've never seen the P1093 with glow plug codes. I can tell you they are NOT related to each other from a logical perspective, but cannot say if there is a short or damaged connector pin that can throw both.

I have only run hypertech and pred. I check for codes weekly, only shows with 1093. Could it be because its warm and plugs not working much? Why one side 2-4-6-8-? Thanks for any input.

I was wrong, got codes 0672-0674-0676-0678 today with no 1093. I do not want to take in to dealer unless i have to. Will ohm out glow plugs, but should the problem be before plugs since it is all 4, on 1 side.

It's probably not the glow plugs. Sounds more like programming, harness, or glow plug controller in that order.

I revoved pred and still got 0672-0674-0676-0678. Any ideas where to go from here? I called dealer thier responce was ( Well if it starts ok then why are you checking codes. Code readers and egt guages just make you worry.) Should i wait until winter and see if it has a hard time starting or what?
