Just picked one up, auto, 290K, 4x4, needs injectors, fuel pump, so I will be fixing those and upgrading the exhaust turbo back and cold air setup. So any other recommendations for reliability, mpg? I found Pensacola sells a nice kit, injectors, glow plugs and valve cover gaskets for $1100? Any good or should I put performance one's in? I won't be replacing the turbo but might turn up the boost or maybe even install an IC down the road. TIA

Stay FAR away from PENSACOLA diesel and there powerstroke injectors.

Pensacola Injectors are pure junk... Washed over crap. They don't even replace the nozzles. We took some apart that where defective and the nozzles where only cleaned up on the out side and the carbon was still in the cap and around the nozzle itself.
No new parts just a wash job. From what I've been told is they run old injectors and the ones that "pass" they just clean up and send out as "rebuilds"

I've since found "powerstroke nation", and looks like I am going with an electric fuel pump setup, "baby swamper" injectors, turbo back exhaust, S@B CAI setup and some tunes by DP Tuner.
