First stand alone fuel management systems I've seen for diesels - www.snipertuning.com (http://www.snipertuning.com) - don't know what to think about it...looking for opinions. Anyone ever heard of it before? Would it be worth it? Let's get some discussion going..

IIRC Trippin and some others were interested in that sniper but i dont remember seeing any updates on what they found.......if anything. Might want to try calling them to see if a tuner is available yet for us.

Tag, you're it!

Your turn to call them and bug them. Let us know what they say. Was supposed to be ready in February.

On the website it says it will work with 2001-current GM 6.6 Duramax diesels..I have not been able to find a price or any reviews for it yet..

I have someone who has been working on a stand alone system for the past couple of months.

I'll talk to him tomorrow to see if I can post his name and number.

Where did you see the standalone fuel management system? I see tuning software, which for the last 6 months they have been telling me "will be available in the next 4-6 weeks". SCT and Diablo Sport are also rumored to be working on tuning software.

Call Curtis at Performance Diesel Research (626.852.9801).

Should have a system available within the next couple of months. System will be on the dyno within the next 2-3 weeks.

Ask him about the marine dmax and air-to-h2o IC setup he designed.

Got a look at the engine this morning, lot of custom parts...
