Not to be a wise guy but if it's brand new and problems are happening I would tell On star to send a service tec to you and make warranty repairs on the spot at NO cost to you since it is already diagnosed they should know what to bring to do the repair. I would be pitching a major fit with them until they made it right, I mean a 2011!!! Somebody needs to make it right with you and FAST! JMO though.

Ok, as it turns out.. heres what happened.
I posted this for my brother-in-law because he was on a trip with his brand new 2011 duramax. He was hours from home or a dealer when the engine light came on.
Someone mentions to him that they had an engine light come on because the filler cap on the fuel tank was not put on tight. He turns the truck off, tightens the fuel cap, starts the truck, the engine light is now OFF and power has returned..!!! He calls onstar to run diagnostics and they say "no codes"
Crazy! Crazy that the fuel cap would trigger the code "turbo air intake sensor is not working". and loose power as if the turbo wasnt working..?!?
