I finally got around to installing my Reese Titan hitch after having it powder coated (I had to notch the side to get adequate clearance for the Banks exhaust, and I had to remove that tab for the 7-pin connector).
While the hitch fit like a glove (actually it was a tad tight between the spring hangers), the stock spare does NOT fit with the Titan hitch and a Mag HyTec rear diff cover. It looks like it's 1/2" to 1" too large in OD.
I bought a slightly smaller spare (245/75/16), and it fit with plenty of clearance. Thankfully, the spare is E-rated as well, in the event I'm towing when I have a flat.
