I just bought a 05 d-max 4door 4x4 It needs bigger shoes. What size tires can I run If I put on a leveling kit on it?

Depends on what you want to do for rims.
up to 33's on stock rims
up to 35's on wider rims, try looking around on here for offsets that fit.
