I took out the unit to restore the factory tune. I am getting alot of smoke and I wanted to eliminate the Pred. Plugged in and turn the key and no screen. Is there a fuse in this thing or in the dash some where. I plugged it into another HD, my 03 just to see if I get a screen, no go. Any Ideas, can Diablo fix this with the factory tune in it? Help please. I am going back out to the driveway and try a few things. Is there a way to hook up 12 volts to see the screen

I would quite messin with it and give diablo a call first thing in the am Monday. I just worry about getting the screen up and running for a minute and then you get half way thru the restore and the screen pukes again. You might end up with a truck that doesn't run at all. I would bet that it has back up. Any chance the predator got wet?

I have had it under my back seat, in the box. It doesn't appear to have gotten wet. I am wondering if the heat, (I was down in Florida all week) ? I am done messing with it.I just got back home from a 25 hr straight thru drive back to MN. I just sent an email to Diablo. I thought maybe something simple like a fuse. I have about ten different power supplies but none of them fit the unit. There website says you can pick them up a radio shack. Thanks for the help

The screen should come on as soon as you plug it in. You don't need the key on. I'd call Diablo and get it fixed. (561) 908-0040 M-F 8am-5:30pm EST

I almost posted that, but I seen you checked two trucks and didn't want to bother saying it. What are the chances?
