I have a Quad 110 and just installed a Juice (not Hot Juice) after returning to stock. I have the Juice set on 4 and ran the Quad on 90. Just by seat of the pants, the Quad feels much stronger in the mid-range, but the Juice seems to deliver smooth power all the way through the rev range. I have the Attitude, but haven't hooked it up yet (going out there now) so I haven't done any testing (0-60) with it.

Has anyone stacked these at low power settings like the Quad on 40 and the Juice on 2? I still have a stock tranny and cannot afford to kill it (never limped). However, I like the seat of the pants surge of power the Quad offers and the tranny protection of the Juice. Can these two compliment each other while still offering tranny protection?

I know someone will tell me to search, but there are like a thousand threads that mention these two and I don't have the patience to sort through them all right now.

I have been stacking the Quad/Juice for over a year now, though with higher settings.
With a stock tranny you are very limited and will be close to the limits of the Allison with the Quad alone on 110. The Attitude on 0 should still give you the tranny protection and engine protection for EGTs once the Attitude is operational.

My best performance has always been with Quad on 215 and the Juice on level 0 -3.
I tried Quad on lower settings and Juice on 4 or 5, and got worst 1/4 mile times.

I would try Quad on 110 and leave the Attitude on 0 for the protection. For your information, the Attitude will still give you some substannial horspower, even on 0. Yes on 0.
On the dyno, Attitude (hot 145hp version) on 0 gives me about 25 hp. The Attitude on 3 will only give me about 45 hp when stacked with Quad 215.
If you get even similar results you will be maxing the tranny for sure.

Thanks for the response. I installed the Attitude today. I got an ATS mount, but my old eyes can hardly read it. I may have to use the Edge mount to get it down where I can see it. At any rate, after using the Quad on 90, the Juice on 4 just doesn't satisfy me (on 5 it gets the job done!). I am going to try the quad on 50 and 70 with the juice on 0 and 1 and see how that works out.

Why don't you get one of the Edge full pillar mounts, that's what I have & looks alot better than that cheesy mount Edge gives you. Most of the vendors here carry them.

Edge can only remove fuel that it is adding. If you have the Edge on 0 and the Quad on 90 (or whatever) Edge cannot back down because it sees the Quad program as stock tunning. If you have the Edge on 2(40) and the Quad on 50, the edge could provide some protection but still only able to remove the 40 it is putting in. To see what I mean remove the Quad and put the Egt back down on 900*. Even w/ the Edge on 0 the stock tune is capable of exceeding 900*, but you can put it on 1 to watch it remove fuel and backdown and still go above that mark.

I may do that eventually, but I think I have finally reached the limit of tolerance the Minister of Finance (read: my wife) has for this truck.

I understand. I will work up to a stack that both the truck and I can live with!

Their only $70 for the pillar, one of the cheaper things for our trucks.

The Quad on 40 and Juice on 3 is pretty nice. ):h

But, I backed it down to level 2 and that is nice, just less so.
