I just ordered 5" exhaust with a 4" front pipe not too long ago and i am awaiting for it to arrive at my house, i'll let y'all know how it sounds when i put it on so you guys can get some ideas on what to get because i was stumped on what to do when i first got the LLY cause nobody around here has put exhaust on them, talk to you guys soon:driver:

http://www.shopdiesel.com I called and got the guy to replace the cat with the front pipe and replace the muffler with the muffler replacement pipe; all for $350.00 shipping and handling included, oh yeah, that is the shopdiesel exhaust

Alright, i just finished installing it a couple hours ago and i love it, the shopdiesel.com exhaust went on well, the only thing i had to do was cut one of the small extension pipes, i hacked about a foot off of it because the exhaust is sent a little too long, even for my crew cab long bed:confuzeld , but other than that everything went on well and of course the lift helped alot when putting it on, i could sit underneath my truck practically, AND FOR EVERYBODY OUT THERE THAT LIVES AROUND THE NC AREA, THIS DID NOT SET ANY CODES AND THE CAT AND MUFFLER ARE GONE SO THIS MIGHT GIVE PEOPLE A HEADS UP ON WHETHER TO STRAIGHT PIPE OR NOT:) , oh yeah, its sounds awesome

sorry, i dont know how to do all that high tech computer stuff, but there really isnt a flutter sound, it whistles on take off and is really quiet while it is idling, on heavy throttle it sounds really good it whistles and you can hear the v8, but hey, where do you live because most western diesel trucks might set codes due to the no cat and no muffler, im glad i live on the east coast
