Any one have any clever mounting places for the on/off switches? Can you use the switches on the overhead Attitude mount?

i put them beside the right leg down around the knee that way easy to remove if needed

Had mine in the cubby hole of my 01. The plate they provided fit perfectly behind the dash. I cut off the angled part.

I have mine in the cubby where the console would attach to the dash if I didn't have 60/40 bench seat

I use the switches in the Trippin Attitude mount.

You only need one switch. Attach it to a keyed power source so the lock-off solenoid is always closed when the key is off.
