My dealership did some type of pressure test and told me it was fine. Then they handed me a memo from GM that said that a lopey idle was a characteristic of the engine and was normal. I put in 4oz of Power Service Diesel Kleen every two tanks and it cleared the problem right up. Some brand power boxes have a little surge around 40 mph ? fiver 08-01-2005, 03:10 PM Thank you to all who replied to my query I did take Tel9000 advice ( Its a long weekend here in Canada so I couldn't see the dealer) and added some injection cleaner to the fuel tank. After a short trip the surging was gone and the engine runs nice and smooth again... :cool2: | ||
