I have been searching for an answer to a question but can not find it.
Does the Edge CTS Race automatically turn off the EGR? When programming, it does not ask if I want to turn it off nor does it have a EGR off/on toggle option. It does ask if I have removed the DPF (doing that tomorrow).

Edge Race line of tuners will block any EGR codes thrown in level 1-3, level 4 and above disables EGR function from what I understand, all of this is automatic once you select that you've removed DPF. Chris

Even at Level 4+ it opens back up above 28lbs of boost. I asked the same question; then installed my blocker plate.

Yeah, forgot to mention it can still be forced open, which is also why I did the plate as well.

It prevents the exhaust gases from getting to the EGR valve.

So if your gonna run mbrp straight and a cts you should get a egr delete plate? On a 08 lmm
