Dealer called and said truck is ready for pick up. They replaced all 8 injecters on gm dime. When i asked the service writer how it went he said good but the mechanic said to keep a eye out one of the injectore sleves was kind loose and had some corrosion around it. My qustion is wtf why didn't they call me to see if I wanted them to address the potential problem. Should I be worried what can happen?

Yeah that doesn't sound right. No way you don't want that fixed while it is opened up. You sure wouldn't think either that they would pass up a chance to make another dime.

it was probably popped loose during the removal of the injectors. Now you'll start losing coolant and they'll try to charge you to fix it.
