I've seen it before but can't find it now- - -How to keep all four headlights on at the same time. Can someone point me in the right direction?

:exactly: I followed the instructions that MAX POWER gave and the mod worked perfectly!

BTW, I needed the mod because I did an HID upgrade to the headlamps. HID's don't like to be shut on and off (such as when switching to high beams). Once the HID's come on they like to stay on. Also the flash to pass still works as it's supposed to, weather the headlamps are on or not. FYI.
