As the title says - I just did head gaskets on the truck, it lasted about 300 miles before it lost an injector and filled the crankcase with fuel. I am wrapping up the new injector install - Do I need to put another new oil filter on the truck since it had the full of fuel situation? Filter literally has less than 300 miles on it.

I wouldn't take a chance. $15 << new engine

Yes,I would actually change it at least 2 more times to insure all that fuel is purged out where it's not supposed to be.
