Playing around last night i planned on figuring out how much lift i would need to fot my new tires. Wheels are stock H2's and the tires are 35x12.5x17's front and 35x14.5x17 rears. Both are off the CORR off road trucks. My truck is an 04.5 duramax crew cab shortbed.

What i had to do..........

1. T-bars had to go up until i had about 4 threads below the key.

2. Front air dam trimed.

3. Zip tie in 2 places the drivers side front inner fender. The very front outter corned and the rear inner corner both have to move about 1/2" to make sure they dont hit.

In the near future i plan to either order green keys and longer shocks or do a 3" body lift which should give no clearance problems with 35's :)

Picture this afternoon if the camera works.

I am running Nitto 365/65-16s (35x14.5) no lift, no crank. It took a little more than zip ties to get them in the wheelwells. :)

Looks good. The close to stock backspacing on the h2 rims makes them fit in tight.

The tires are 35x12.5 fron and 35x14.5 rear BFG mud terrains from the CORR off road racing trucks. They put on a new set of these every race so sometimes the ones they take off are in nice shape. They have now stopped using the 14.5 wide and now use all 12.5 width so the wide ones are getting harder to get now.

many people running the combination, 35s are not hard to fit at all.

e brake cable can be tied back pretty good, zip ties or other means, and the rear of the liner can be shaped with a heat gun to rpovide plenty of clearance as well. some folks have also opted to move their bumpers forward versus trimming.........
