what kind of stall is on the converter will it be good for a 71.5mm cheetah?

We can set you up with any stall. With that converter I would recommend the 2300. That is as high as Precision likes to go.

Can I get a deal on a stage 5 ? with a deep pan too ? maybe billet goodies to, dependent on your prices ? or are you guys just set on selling the stage 4

I haven't tweaked all of the settings on the new site. It will not be going on that long. However we have extended it until the end of the month.
