LarryB 07-27-2005, 12:43 AM When crawling around under the truck changing differential fluid the other day (1,400 miles on the clock) I happened to notice that the spare tire is a 265 series. The 4 tires on the ground are 245 series. :confused: Is it normal for the spare to be a different size than the rest of the tires on a brand new truck? ©¿© LB McRat 07-27-2005, 01:03 AM Supposed to be a 245. My oem tires have '265' on the side of the tires but they are not 265's they are 245's. The '265' is larger and sort of like a series, not really the tire size. Make sure you are looking at the actual tire size markings on the tire and you will probably see its a 245 tire. LarryB 07-27-2005, 08:37 PM Good call Mr Word!!
