05 dmax moved from maryland to Hawaii, since been here the truck seems to run fine until on the highway and it starts to smoke Black smoke and hesitate as if it was over heating also comes back knocking and heavy dieseling sounds ,, very embarasing and also worried about blowing up motor or damaging internal parts.. please help
