I believe I saw in the post your truck thread that someone had removed the lower valance on there Chevy for tire clearance. Has anyone done this on there GMC, If so any pictures?

I knew I had a pic of one somewhere.

Its alright on up to 03's, but on the 05's it looks like hell cause the valance goes all around the edge of the bumper. I contemplated leaving it off when i put my plow on but immediately slotted the valence and put it back on to clear.

Anyone know if the 03 bumper would be a direct bolt on or have the brackets changed?
