i have an 06' 3500. i recently bought a banks six gun + IQ from a friend. it worked just fine in his but for me it keeps throwing the check engine light.

codes its posting-

everytime i cold start it, never when during a hot start it alerts me under self diagnosting-

code 21- fuel rail pressure (FRP) output voltage out of range.

engine diagnotsics-

P0700- Transmission control module (TCM) requested MIL illumination

P0113- Intake air tempature (IAT) sensor circut high voltage.

so i clear the codes and somtimes they throw the check engine light back up right away, and somtimes it will stay off until i turn the engine off and restart it. then the light alway comes back on.
with the tranny code the chip does make it shift like crap. it holds gears to long and doesnt like to down shift when it needs to.

i'm going to call banks just wanna see if anybody else has had these problems or similar ones?

You got to let the tranny learn the new power. The shifting will get better. As far as calling Banks, Good Luck!

Check the pins in the harness. It sounds like they have been pushed back causing a bad connection
